Personal Information of Minors

We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected or stored personal information from an individual under age 16, we will remove this personal information from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please notify us immediately so that we may take reasonable steps to delete such data from our records.

Do-Not-Track Disclosure

Some web browsers and mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do Not Track feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing do-not-track signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to do-not-track browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

Analytics

We also use analytics services provided by third parties, such as Google Analytics, which allows these third parties to collect and store information about the use of the Website and the use of other websites, apps and online resources to create targeted advertising on other websites. You can opt-out from being tracked by Google Analytics in the future by downloading and installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for your current browser, at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Third-Party Advertisers and Applications

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may interest you when you access and use the websites or the apps, other websites or apps, or other online services. To serve such advertisements, these companies place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through use of pixel tags). Third-party applications, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Google buttons, may be available on our Websites or Services. The owners or providers of those third-party applications may collect personal information from you. Your interactions with third-party applications on our website may also be shared with others within your social network. Sweepstakes, Contests, and Other Promotions

We may operate sweepstakes, promotions contests, raffles, and similar promotions (each, a “Promotion”) jointly sponsored or offered by other parties; participating in these Promotions may require you to submit certain personal information. If you choose to participate in a Promotion, your personal information may be disclosed to other parties as described in the terms applicable to that Promotion. Insofar as the terms applicable to a particular Promotion conflict with this Privacy Policy, the terms applicable to the Promotion shall control.

Protection of Personal Information

We store your information using reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. Please be aware that the Services and data storage are run on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, require maintenance or experience problems or breaches of security beyond our control. In addition, no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. Choosing How to Connect

Marketing. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt out.

Text Messages. UNITS provides automated text messages to subscribers interested in receiving informational and marketing messages via SMS or MMS, (“Messages”) from UNITS. By providing your phone number and opting in, you are allowing us to send recurring autodialed Messages about UNITS. These Messages include transactional updates and new product offerings, promotions, coupons, and other information from UNITS. Consent to receive Messages is not required as a condition of purchase. To opt out, just text STOP to the short code and a confirmation will be sent back to you. To resubscribe, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending Messages to you again. Message frequency will vary and can be canceled at any time. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
