We found ourselves in need of a unit at the very last minute. I called Units in a state of panic! I spoke with Chris who was pleasant and helpful. This calmed my nerves so much! He went above and beyond to assist me. He called me back when he said he would and even followed up the next day to make sure we were ok. In an age where good customer service is rare, its extra special when you receive GREAT customer service. I would rate this company 20 stars if I could!

I cannot recommend Units highly enough. Moving is stressful enough. During our move I dealt with a lot of companies that seemed to want to create more problems than they solved. Units from day one was just a joy to work with. They are extremely friendly, professional, and punctual. When they say they will be there they will be there. They always called before they dropped off and picked up. And every time I called them they were extremely friendly and just so easy to work with. If you're looking for help with moving and storage, you can stop looking now.

The owner and delivery person could not have been easier to work with. The owner, was great. I had plans that changed and he always responded with “sorry things didn’t work out just let me know how I can help”. It was very reassuring. The delivery person made sure I was happy with placement and knew how to open/close & lock doors. I asked them both lotssss of questions and they always were patient, polite & cordial. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
