How much you can put in a UNITS^® storage container

I have used multiple Portable Storage companies in the past, and UNITS is by far the easiest, cleanest, and most reasonably prices company by far. We had a flood in the basement and had to get all the furniture out quickly. They were able to get a container here fast. Thank you so much!

This is the only storage company I will ever use. Great customer service, super fast delivery and pick up. It was so convenient to have my furniture moved into the Unit in my driveway so my painters could paint the interior of my home. I will be using again soon, to do some additional remodeling.

I would like to say that the Units Moving Co. was great with my family and moving our things. This was the first time I every used a moving company. They made the experience very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving and don't know where to turn to for help. I will use them again in the future.

Locally owned and operated Units of Kentucky, really worked with us, and around our schedules, basically they made moving easy.

I rented a couple of units to move from Florida (Orlando) to Utah (Salt Lake City). The staff I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. The units were clean and big. The drivers that delivered and picked up the storage units were friendly and handled the equipment with ease. Stuff arrived seemingly with no shifting, although I supposed a great deal of that has to do with how I packed things. They communicated when the driver was on its way and provided a link that allowed be to track the diver as it drove to my place. I'm really impressed with this company!

Had a UNITS container at our residence for 2 months prior to our moving out of state - although they didn't have a facility where we were moving, having it definitely helped us to organize everything prior to the move, great customer service and delivery, definitely recommend.

I highly recommend UNITS!! Great people, very responsive, excellent service, good pricing and it's LOCAL! It was so easy to schedule for delivery, pay monthly, and get it picked up when we were finished! Had it 17 months!! So I know what I'm talking about!!

Did a long distance move. very professional/friendly people. had my container picked up on a monday morning in NY and had it in SC by the next day (I was impressed considering I hadn’t even made it there yet myself). you’re paying for good quality. We needed an extra container at the last minute on our move-out day and Units was awesome to work with! They saved us from going crazy on a very stressful day. They were polite, everything was exactly as promised, their price was good, and all of our things arrived in the same condition to our new house after they stored the container for 6 weeks. We don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs this service!

Units on Bear Swamp Rd certainly made a problematic move stress free, convenient and safe.

Their Driver Robert is the consummate professional and could set that box anywhere reasonable with grace and ease keeping valuables safe from damage. I moved it twice before finding my permanent destination.

The boxes themselves are well built and seal out the rain, heat and harsh humidity.
My firearms stayed well kept from
April to August without rusting.

They had heavy duty ratchet straps and blankets and a strong lock I got to keep when it was all over.

I chose a 16 ft pod. It was the ideal choice in being able to stage our move. The experience with the staff at units was of the utmost level of professionalism. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. They explained all of the details of the rental and picked the pod back up as promised. One of the best experiences I've had in trying to move. Thank you to the staff at Units for taking great care of us.

Units had availability with no one else did. During the pandemic and the supply chain issues, they were a lifesaver, allowing us to store materials on site for a building project. The unit was brand new and super clean and watertight. I would definitely use them again if I needed anything. I needed the unit moved at one point and they moved it no problem.

Great service from this company. The unit was clean and water tight and even when we had to keep it longer than expected everything remained in great condition and secured. Will use them again in the future.

My wife and I were in a bind after we got the call from PODS that they wouldn't be able to drop off at said time and date. Luckily, UNITS saved the day! They were timely, efficient, professional, and very nice. We will continue to use UNITS and will recommend to anyone and everyone in the future.

The folks at UNITS were communicative, kind, friendly and professional in every aspect of my 12 month experience storing my personal belongings in their Charleston facility. In particular, when it came to move my belongings out of storage and into a moving truck, operations manager Rene Perez went over and above the call of duty to help me as I was unable to be present at the time. My only regret is that I did not use UNITS national moving service to move my belongings across the country as I am sure they would have done a much better job than the moving company I selected. Thanks very much to UNITS for all their help. I am looking forward to returning to Charleston and if the need arises, I will be using UNITS for my moving and storage needs.

Very friendly and accommodating. Used 2 units during cross town move when selling house. Packed up during summer and when house was under contract at holidays Units brought my Unit out of climate controlled warehouse to their parking lot so I could get out Christmas all at no charge! If you need a “pod” call UNITS.

Great group of people. Really explained the process to a first timer. They made our move easy. Delivered my unit when they said and moved it to our new place when needed. Rented two "units," they were delivered exactly on time and in good shape. Picked up from my old house on time and delivered to my new house exactly as scheduled.

We had our UNIT for a few months while completing home renovation. It has been a great convenience to have in our driveway while we were getting situated. Communication for drop off and pickup was seemless. I would surely use their services again.

I cannot recommend Units highly enough. Moving is stressful enough. During our move I dealt with a lot of companies that seemed to want to create more problems than they solved. Units from day one was just a joy to work with. They are extremely friendly, professional, and punctual. When they say they will be there they will be there. They always called before they dropped off and picked up. And every time I called them they were extremely friendly and just so easy to work with. We had to store some items on our property for a month, and our dates were not set in stone. UNITS worked with us on our timeline. Delivery and pick-up went smoothly and easily. The price was lower than national brands, but the quality was equal or better. I also love that I was able to support a local business!
