Called yesterday and delivered today!! Super fast easy process. We used other storage companies and did not get the great service that I got with them! UNITS of Kentucky will be the only place we go again. Thank You for your professionalism and the gentleman that delivered was so kind, precise and put the unit right where I wanted it. Which was a big deal because the last company did not and then they charged me to move it. Ughh. So glad I found them! Thanks to Charles from Jungbert Company who is my restoration guy!
The unit is so much nicer and the doors alone with keep the weather out. Sooo thankful for you all in this rough time!!

Kevin and his team have been extraordinarily helpful and willing to assist quickly and even help with provide solutions that go beyond just renting a portable storage unit. We have used all of the other will known storage providers but will always choose Units first from now on. It is nice not just to have help but to also have the helpful attitude.

What a wonderful company!! The mobile tracking app was nice and Chris arrived right on time. With the fascinating remote control, he put the unit EXACTLY where I asked him to - not an inch different! The inside is very clean. Will store our furniture while the house is being remodeled.

I ordered a unit for 1 month and it turned into several months. Kevin was very understanding about me keeping it longer than I expected. In the future I will only get my storage units from UNITS OF KENTUCKY and you should do the same!

Everyone I interacted with from this company (from owner to drivers to schedulers) was great. Clear, honest communication about what to expect and when. Efficient pick up and drop off (with text updates on when drivers would arrive!). I did a long distance move and the people were great on both ends of the trip. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I was able to talk directly with the owner Kevin when I called for availability and pricing. The prices were better than others, and he was able to schedule a delivery right away. He sent me a video example of a unit being delivered and he continued to communicate throughout the process. The delivery system they use allowed the unit to be placed where I needed it while other companies told me their units would have to placed in a different location. The delivery was quick and professionally done, and the unit is very nice. Overall, an excellent experience.

UNITS of Louisville was great to work with recently. The professionalism extended by Kevin in returning calls and answering all questions was impeccable. The pricing was very competitive. I have used Pods before and found them subpar to the UNITS supplied by this company. The UNITS delivered for storage and moving were well made not allowing water to intrude interior. The UNITS also looked new making them nice to sit in your driveway while storing household items. Kevin and Tim were very customer service friendly. I highly recommend UNITS of Louisville.

Kevin was great to work with. I feel he went "above and beyond" in helping orchestrate this anticipated many-months of storage for our family home's antiques. Unit was clean on delivery and dependable delivery and pick-up. Delivery person was quite respectful and careful on property during delivery and pick up of units to take to storage. This company was awesome to work with. From speaking with Peter (the owner), or Matt (the VP), and an additional delivery driver, their professionalism was as good as it gets. Not only in how they spoke, but their skill and quality of work was outstanding. And all that at a lower cost to any competitors... trust me, I research everything and this was no exception. They exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic service. Very responsive, and able to adapt when schedules change. We had to reschedule things three different times due to weather, and they were fantastic about it every time.

Having our floors refinished required storing large furniture items out of the house. Decided on renting a storage container delivered to home. After the usual internet reviews, decided UNITS of Baltimore provided best offer for renting a container with delivery service. Others' offers were $50 or more expensive. Contacted directly by owner to review service contract and arrangements. Very professional and friendly interactions; no hidden gotchas. Delivery and pick up of container was hassle-free. This is a local company and I highly recommend them for renting temporary storage. A+ service.

This was the perfect way for us to move. We knew that our belongings were safe in a humidity controlled warehouse until our house was finished.

We compared UNITS and Pods and choose UNITS because it was locally owned and less expensive for our storage and move project. The UNIT is sold and easy to pack. The robot allows them to place the UNIT almost anywhere. We had no damage to our stored items. Would definitely recommend and use UNITS again.

We used UNITS to store furniture and household goods during a renovation project. The UNITS container was delivered on requested.time and placed exactly where it needed to be for efficient loading. All blankets and strapped were provided as requested. Very helpful team. We could not have expected more. Great job!!!!

FANTASTIC experience with UNITS during my recent move. I was a little leery about getting one and doing the move myself for my whole family, but everyone I spoke to and who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and friendly! Even when they were running a little late, I got a phone call early enough to adjust my schedule, and when they arrived, it was a simple process that I didn't have to involve myself in since I was so busy getting situated between homes.
