Very easy to work with. They were able to drop off and pick up with short notice, and hold the unit for several days between moves. Unit was in great shape and keep our things air tight, dry and intact for several months. Great customer service as well!

When I was looking for a mobile storage unit for a move within New England, RI to NH, I called a lot of different companies that do this type of work. UNITS by far was the most responsive, easiest, and cost effective of all that I called previously. UNITS quoted me a Point A to Point B route, with no nonsense about storage yards etc. I received same day pick up from my driveway to my new address, without any hesitation. Nick, the team member of whom I dealt with in person was friendly, patient and kind. Topher the owner operator was easy to get a hold of, he responded within a timely manner, and was understanding of what my moving needs were. If want to work with local people who want to provide you with excellent customer service then call UNITS.

Excellent experience with UNITS of Southeast MA, from first exploratory phone call to removal of pod this morning. Very responsive, very competitive pricing and the robot delivery/placement feature was superb. My driveway was not ideal for pod; in fact probably couldn’t have done it without the slim automated robot. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Ordered 2 units for a move to a new town. Units were delivered on time and there was great communication through the process. Units were delivered to our new home about 35 minutes away without any issues. We have unpacked most of our boxes and have not found any damaged or broken items. I would recommend this company if you are considering renting a unit for a move.

First Class Service from Topher and his team getting my UNIT container setup for a temporary storage and move scenario. Ordered the container at the end of April since I needed space to stage everything to be moved. Scheduled the pickup and temporary storage at the end of May and then the final delivery/pickup the week of the 4th. Highly recommended 👏👏👏👏

Topher was great to work with - extremely responsive and the delivery and pick up of the pod were seamless. We used for a move but also had some renovations in the new house. Great company to work with. Thanks to their robotic pod carrier, they were able to maneuver the pod into a very specific location down a big sloped hill (refused to be even be attempted by other companies). Pod itself was in perfect shape and very secure. In addition, local rep. Topher, was so nice and worked hard to accommodate our needs, for both drop off and pick up. We can’t recommend this company highly enough!

We had 16ft. Pod for 4 months. Communication, contract, delivery, billing, pick-up were all seamless and first-rate from beginning to end! Topher was quick to respond to every email. We needed the storage unexpectedly and immediately. Upon leaving a voicemail at 10pm, I received a call back at 7am and the unit was promptly delivered before 9am. The unit was perfectly clean and the process of moving it was seamless.

This was an excellent service that met all of our needs. Staff and equipment all excellent. Couldn't have gone smoother.

UNITS answered the inquiry quickly and I was scheduled in a matter of just a few minutes. The drop off was so incredibly smooth. I have a very tricky driveway with a curve, plantings on one side and a low retaining wall on the other. Many larger vehicles have struggled to back into the space, but with the UNITS robot instead of a large truck maneuvering the unit into position was simple and quick! Enthusiastically recommend the team at UNITS of SE Mass.

We had a difficult move from one home to a new one. Timing was critical. Topher Fearey and Nick stepped up and took care of getting the Unit to us on the day needed. Nick explained how to use and care for the brand new storage container after placing it in our driveway, perfectly for packing. It was moved to the new home exactly as needed, early morning, on a Monday. When emptied, I called and it was picked up, same day. They are a pleasure to work with and the storage units are clean and easy to use. Their prices are excellent. I highly recommend them for any movable storage needs you may have.

They did an excellent job getting the unit at my house on the day I needed it and on time in the morning.
They picked it up in Plymouth and move it to Cotuit the morning I call them. When we unloaded the unit the same day and called and 1-1/2 hour they picked it up.They did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend Units of Southeast MA. any time you need a unit for moving.

Renting a unit from Topher was the best part of my moving process. After doing lots of research, UNITS was a great value and I was happy to work with a local franchise. The communication was prompt, every detail was covered, and the driver, Nick, was easy to work with. They even delivered a brand new sparkling clean unit to me! My items stayed perfectly safe and protected inside the unit. Can’t recommend UNITS enough, and highly prefer them over PODS.
