Understanding that there are a lot of people moving out of Sacramento and storage and moving options are limited, after a number of calls with larger and more established storage unit businesses, UNITS was not only the best price and service, but they were flexible and willing to work around a very challenging calendar for our move. They provided 2 well maintained large Units on the days that we requested them, were prompt and polite when retrieving them and took good care of our property while they were in storage for 3 weeks. Their personnel were nice, courteous and accommodating to a person and I always felt like our property was in good hands. Should I ever have need of storage or moving services again, they will be my first call.

Of all the folks we worked with on this massive remodel, UNITS were most consistently clear, on time, as expected, with the best price. They've been easy to get ahold of and showed up as expected every time. Tyler connected us with a nice efficient moving team and they have all been wonderful to work with. We're super happy with the job they did and if we need local storage again in the future will definitely work with them and recommend them to our neighbors. I'd take a picture, but they already picked up the unit and whisked it away (it was new/clean inside and out and all our stuff stayed dry and exactly how we put it in there 2 years ago)!

Hired UNITS Moving & Portable Storage for a move in the Sacramento area. They provided a quote quickly for move and storage and were comparable to other companies. The staff were all friendly. I appreciate that they were up front about pricing and moving item rentals. They were flexible when I had to change the pick up date. Used Units for my new floor install. Tyler, responded to my request for a quote within 3 minutes of my email. Their prices were outstanding. A very kind, prompt and professional gentleman named John dropped the container in front of my place.
I used the load/unload labor recommended by Tyler. They were equally as professional and outstanding.

UNITS was great to work with for our move. Loved that it was a local storage facility and the guys worked in a timely manner. Especially with drop off and pick ups. They were just a phone call away when changes needed to be made and would check in on scheduled drop offs. The price of storage box was the least expensive and in tight times that had storage units available. Very clear contract you know what you are paying for. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed in the future.
