Great communication and accommodations with my long distance move from Ohio to Kentucky. The reps from Ohio and Kentucky were very accommodating of my schedule/availability. When my units arrived at the new house, after several months in climate controlled storage, they were still packed well and the items had not shifted. After reviewing several other storage pod options and seeing some concerning reviews, this was the clear route to go. I'm glad our family trusted UNITS.

Very easy to work with - I changed dates multiple times and they rolled right with it. Great communication! And got into an alley driveway!!

Took my calls whenever I needed him to, and the whole process was easy and took a lot of the burden of moving off our shoulders. I highly recommend using them. I called just to check prices the first Saturday of college football (330ish pm). Kevin, the owner answered. With being a locally owned business and the owner answering at that time, I had no choice but to go with Units. The whole process was so smooth! I called, requested drop offs and pick ups and it was done beyond my expectation's. If you are looking to do a mobile storage unit, support local and use Units! Impressive!

Called yesterday and delivered today!! Super fast easy process. We used other storage companies and did not get the great service that I got with them! UNITS of Kentucky will be the only place we go again. Thank You for your professionalism and the gentleman that delivered was so kind, precise and put the unit right where I wanted it. Which was a big deal because the last company did not and then they charged me to move it. Ughh. So glad I found them! Thanks to Charles from Jungbert Company who is my restoration guy!

Kevin and his team have been extraordinarily helpful and willing to assist quickly and even help with provide solutions that go beyond just renting a portable storage unit. We have used all of the other will known storage providers but will always choose Units first from now on. It is nice not just to have help but to also have the helpful attitude.

What a wonderful company!! The mobile tracking app was nice and Chris arrived right on time. With the fascinating remote control, he put the unit EXACTLY where I asked him to - not an inch different! The inside is very clean. Will store our furniture while the house is being remodeled.

I ordered a unit for 1 month and it turned into several months. Kevin was very understanding about me keeping it longer than I expected. In the future I will only get my storage units from UNITS OF KENTUCKY and you should do the same!

Kevin and the entire UNITS team were professional and helpful through the process of moving my container twice to acommodate my move. I chose this company over PODS and I’m so glad I did! My container was spotless, 100% sealed (I rented it for several months, so this was key!) and communication was great. I highly recommend UNITS! THANK YOU!!!

Everyone I interacted with from this company (from owner to drivers to schedulers) was great. Clear, honest communication about what to expect and when. Efficient pick up and drop off (with text updates on when drivers would arrive!). I did a long distance move and the people were great on both ends of the trip. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I was able to talk directly with the owner Kevin when I called for availability and pricing. The prices were better than others, and he was able to schedule a delivery right away. He sent me a video example of a unit being delivered and he continued to communicate throughout the process. The delivery system they use allowed the unit to be placed where I needed it while other companies told me their units would have to placed in a different location. The delivery was quick and professionally done, and the unit is very nice. Overall, an excellent experience.

UNITS of Louisville was great to work with recently. The professionalism extended by Kevin in returning calls and answering all questions was impeccable. The pricing was very competitive. I have used Pods before and found them subpar to the UNITS supplied by this company. The UNITS delivered for storage and moving were well made not allowing water to intrude interior. The UNITS also looked new making them nice to sit in your driveway while storing household items. Kevin and Tim were very customer service friendly. I highly recommend UNITS of Louisville.

Unit was clean on delivery and dependable delivery and pick-up. Delivery person was quite respectful and careful on property during delivery and pick up of units to take to storage. This company was awesome to work with. From speaking with Peter (the owner), or Matt (the VP), and an additional delivery driver, their professionalism was as good as it gets. Not only in how they spoke, but their skill and quality of work was outstanding. And all that at a lower cost to any competitors... trust me, I research everything and this was no exception. They exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic service. Very responsive, and able to adapt when schedules change. We had to reschedule things three different times due to weather, and they were fantastic about it every time.

Having our floors refinished required storing large furniture items out of the house. Decided on renting a storage container delivered to home. After the usual internet reviews, decided UNITS of Baltimore provided best offer for renting a container with delivery service. Others' offers were $50 or more expensive. Contacted directly by owner to review service contract and arrangements. Very professional and friendly interactions; no hidden gotchas. Delivery and pick up of container was hassle-free. This is a local company and I highly recommend them for renting temporary storage. A+ service.

We used UNITS Moving and Portable Storage for our recent move and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was phenomenal! Moving, buying/selling a home is stressful enough and they helped take away this one major added stress. I cannot go on enough about the customer service and communication. From the beginning phone call, to making the arrangements and details, to the drop off and pickup of our unit, EVERYONE was amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough. After calling around to several portable storage companies, Peter definitely had the best customer service and rates around. He was friendly, informative, honest and flexible. Major bonus for us was that UNITS is a local company. The storage unit was clean and in great shape. Perfect for storing our household items during a renovation project. Will definitely use Peter and UNITS again!

FANTASTIC experience with UNITS during my recent move. I was a little leery about getting one and doing the move myself for my whole family, but everyone I spoke to and who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and friendly! Even when they were running a little late, I got a phone call early enough to adjust my schedule, and when they arrived, it was a simple process that I didn't have to involve myself in since I was so busy getting situated between homes.
