The 12-foot container works well for smaller apartments and one to two bedroom homes. For larger multi-room homes the 16-foot is the better fit. Both hold up to around 7,000 pounds.

Yes. We recommend adding a protection plan to your rental or checking whether your homeowner's or renter's insurance covers items in storage. We take strong precautions on our end as well.
