When we began our move saga back in October, I did a lot of research on PODS, 1-800-PackRat, U-haul, etc. After reading some Yelp reviews, I decided to give Sacramento, UNITS Moving & Portable Storage a try by getting a quote from them. Tyler was extremely helpful every step of the way...the price was slightly higher than what PODS and PackRat had quoted me, but something made me continue on with UNITS Sacramento and I am SO SO SO happy I did. We had to move out of our house in 4 days, Tyler helped make that happen. We got a 16' unit delivered and found that our house stuff didn't actually fit in that unit and we didn't have enough boxes! In a panic I called Tyler to ask if he had some other units, and he found a 12' and got it delivered that very same day with more boxes even though he had a truck in the shop and was short on time. It was an absolute lifesaver! On the backside of this move 2.5 months later, I called Tyler to have my units delivered and he got everything timed perfectly. The first pod arrived with the movers arriving right after to help us unload and then the second pod arrived just as the first was emptied. When the second pod was unloaded, Tyler was able to send someone to pick it up and we didn't have a thing to worry about anymore. I can't say enough positives about my whole experience with UNITS, Sacramento. I am sure that the other companies probably wouldn't have been able to jive with what ended up being a touch and go situation on my side of the moving saga. If I ever have to move again (hoping not for a long, long time), you can bet I will be using these guys again. The peace of mind and ease of use was well worth the price I paid!
