UNITS was great to work with for our move. Loved that it was a local storage facility and the guys worked in a timely manner. Especially with drop off and pick ups. They were just a phone call away when changes needed to be made and would check in on scheduled drop offs. The price of storage box was the least expensive and in tight times that had storage units available. Very clear contract you know what you are paying for. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly staff. Big and roomy container made loading easy. UNITS crew also took all the hassle out of finding guys to help with the move by scheduling a team from Pack It Tight to come do the labor chores at both the move out and move in. I wish all businesses ran as well as UNITS!

Understanding that there are a lot of people moving out of Sacramento and storage and moving options are limited, after a number of calls with larger and more established storage unit businesses, UNITS was not only the best price and service, but they were flexible and willing to work around a very challenging calendar for our move. They provided 2 well maintained large Units on the days that we requested them, were prompt and polite when retrieving them and took good care of our property while they were in storage for 3 weeks. Their personnel were nice, courteous and accommodating to a person and I always felt like our property was in good hands. Should I ever have need of storage or moving services again, they will be my first call.

Used Units for my new floor install. Tyler, responded to my request for a quote within 3 minutes of my email. Their prices were outstanding. A very kind, prompt and professional gentleman named John dropped the container in front of my place.
I used the load/unload labor recommended by Tyler. They were equally as professional and outstanding.

SUPER happy with our experience here. After reading really poor reviews of a more well-known storage “pod” company, we found UNITS, and even better that it’s a locally-owned business. They are responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Since we sold our house and had to temporarily relocate until our new home was ready, it was super convenient to utilize a storage container rather than going the traditional storage facility route, and we were able to have the container on site and accessible at our temp location. Highly recommend for your next move!
