The 12-foot container works well for smaller apartments and 1–2 bedroom homes. For larger multi-room homes, the 16-foot container is the better fit. Both have a weight capacity of up to 8,000 pounds.
Yes. We recommend adding a protection plan to your rental, or confirming that your existing homeowner's or renter's insurance covers items in storage. We take every precaution on our end as well.
