Do I still have to drive my belongings somewhere?

No. We deliver the container, you pack it at home, and we handle all the transport to our secure, climate-controlled facility in Littleton for you — with no unreasonable rental deadlines, fuel charges, or daily rates.

Can I keep the container at my place instead?

You can. Leave it in your driveway for easy, ground-level access, or have us take it to our facility — whichever fits your space and timeline. Whether you need it for a month or a year, we have you covered.

Is my stuff protected as well as in a storage unit?

Yes. Each all-steel container is weather-resistant with a one-piece roof, protecting your belongings from water, UV light, mold, and critters, with a weight capacity of up to 8,000 pounds. Our ETRACK™ restraint system and ROBO-UNIT level loading also keep your items from shifting in transit.

When does my payment get charged?

Not until the day of delivery. There's no upfront charge, and you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
