First Class Service from Topher and his team getting my UNIT container setup for a temporary storage and move scenario. Ordered the container at the end of April since I needed space to stage everything to be moved. Scheduled the pickup and temporary storage at the end of May and then the final delivery/pickup the week of the 4th. Highly recommended 👏👏👏👏

Great service. We have a very narrow driveway onto a grass hill of a backyard. They made it down the driveway with millimeters to spare! We’ve had the unit now for almost a year due to a home renovation, just picked up with no drama. Basically the only part of the home renovation that went off without a hitch.

We called for a quote and received a very detailed quote as well as options based on our evolving needs. The unit was delivered same day within a few hours and put exactly where we wanted it.

When I asked to get it moved, they were incredibly responsive and scheduled it at our convenience. I was contacted when it was picked up and given an eta for arrival at the new house.

After we emptied it, they came and picked it up within a few days. As with the move, I was contacted before they came and after they left.

When we move again in a few years, I will definitely call Seth or Steve at UNITS and hope I get Dylan again as the delivery driver. I cannot recommend this company enough. Every single person and every single interaction was pleasant and took so much stress out of our move.

Not only in how they spoke, but their skill and quality of work was outstanding. And all that at a lower cost to any competitors... trust me, I research everything and this was no exception. Absolutely fantastic service. Very responsive, and able to adapt when schedules change. We had to reschedule things three different times due to weather, and they were fantastic about it every time.

Having our floors refinished required storing large furniture items out of the house. Decided on renting a storage container delivered to home. After the usual internet reviews, decided UNITS of Baltimore provided best offer for renting a container with delivery service. Others' offers were $50 or more expensive. Contacted directly by owner to review service contract and arrangements. Very professional and friendly interactions; no hidden gotchas. Delivery and pick up of container was hassle-free. This is a local company and I highly recommend them for renting temporary storage. A+ service.

This was the perfect way for us to move. We knew that our belongings were safe in a humidity controlled warehouse until our house was finished.

We compared UNITS and Pods and choose UNITS because it was locally owned and less expensive for our storage and move project. The UNIT is sold and easy to pack. The robot allows them to place the UNIT almost anywhere. We had no damage to our stored items. Would definitely recommend and use UNITS again.

We used UNITS to store furniture and household goods during a renovation project. The UNITS container was delivered on requested.time and placed exactly where it needed to be for efficient loading. All blankets and strapped were provided as requested. Very helpful team. We could not have expected more. Great job!!!!

Major bonus for us was that UNITS is a local company. The storage unit was clean and in great shape. Perfect for storing our household items during a renovation project. FANTASTIC experience with UNITS during my recent move. I was a little leery about getting one and doing the move myself for my whole family, but everyone I spoke to and who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and friendly! Even when they were running a little late, I got a phone call early enough to adjust my schedule, and when they arrived, it was a simple process that I didn't have to involve myself in since I was so busy getting situated between homes.
