The 12-foot container handles smaller apartments and one to two bedroom homes well. For larger multi-room homes the 16-foot is the right call. Both hold up to around 7,000 pounds.

Yes. We recommend pairing your rental with a protection plan or confirming your homeowner's or renter's insurance covers stored belongings. We take strong precautions on our end as well.
