Fill The UNIT | UNITS of Charleston Hosts Local Toys for Tots Event

Help us Fill the UNIT! This Saturday, December 17, UNITS Moving and Portable Storage is holding a family-friendly event at Nexton Square Shopping center. This event is benefitting Toys for Tots by collecting new and unwrapped toys for local children. Community members are encouraged to come out for an afternoon of holiday fun. Additionally, the event includes cookie decorating, face painting, and taking pictures with Santa – all while helping to “Fill the Unit” with donated toys. The event will take place in the Nexton Square Shopping Center from 10 am – 3 pm. It will be hosted by UNITS of Charleston.

Fill The UNIT Event Details

UNITS of Charleston stepped up to host a local toy collection event. This event will help provide children with gifts this holiday season. There is no entry fee to attend the event. All donations must be new, unwrapped toys or books suitable for children ages 1 – 12 years old. All donated items will stay in the local community and will go directly to those who need them most this holiday season. In addition to collecting donations, there will be several activities occurring throughout the afternoon, such as cookie decorating, face painting, visits with Santa Claus and more. The goal of this event is not only to collect donations but also spread joy throughout the community during what has been an incredibly difficult time for many families.
