Our two available sizes -- 8 x 8 x 12 and 8 x 8 16 -- are perfect for homes or businesses. Plus, loading and unloading is a breeze since there is no need for steps or ramps!
By using UNITS®, you only have to load and unload your belongings once since they stay in the storage container during transport. We take care of all the transportation to and from our facility, which is indoors, climate controlled, and always clean. You can choose when to load your belongings into the container, and you don't have to worry about us rushing you. We understand that packing is stressful enough as it is.
We'll take your loaded container to our secure, climate-controlled storage facility. You will have access to your belongings while they’re in storage. Our warehouse is located in Sarasota, just off Dick Wilson Drive and near the Laurel Oak Country Club.
Once you're ready to move, whether it's within the southwest Florida area or across the country, UNITS® will deliver your storage container right to your doorstep. You can unpack at your own pace, and let us know when you're finished so we can take the container off your hands.
Yes. You can use a container to store items on-site or at our secure facility, and we can also transport it to a new home or business location for moving.
A 12-foot container is great for smaller apartments or one to two bedrooms, while a 16-foot container is ideal for larger homes with multiple rooms. Each container has a weight capacity of up to 8,000 pounds.
No problem. We can store your container at our secure facility until your new home or business is ready.
In addition to the precautions we take, UNITS® offers both contents insurance and container insurance, and you can choose to add either or both. You're also welcome to use your own homeowner's or renter's policy if it covers items in storage — just check with your insurer to see what's included.
Yes. With 24–48 hours' notice, you can schedule access to your stored container at our secure facility. Contact UNITS® of Southwest Florida for more information.
