Quick delivery, very friendly delivery driver. The thing that sets them above the competition is that their delivery systems allows you to place the storage units right next to each other-leaving more room.

I I called units to see how my move would work with there units , they explained to me the process. I the ordered some units . They were on time, so curious , Their drivers are wonderful, And I love the way they placed the containers. Not only how they placed them but the inside of the containers are so clean. From the moment I contacted UNITS to the day the Unite left my house, the entire experience was professional, and informative. Brooke walked me through the Agreement so I had a thorough understanding of all the charges and optional charges for insurance if needed. The delivery and pick up drivers were extremely communicative, giving me advanced notice of delivery and arrival. Overall a great experience

We were flooded out of our house and in need of a storage container quickly. Everyone I called was at least a week out. I called UNITS on a Saturday morning and they had a storage unit and blankets to us by that afternoon. I cannot express how thankful I am and how pleased I am with their service. After a terrible (and on going) experience with PODS, I contacted UNITS to assist with my moving needs. They could deliver the container the next day, picked it up and transferred a few days later and when I called to schedule the final pick up, they were available the next day. They made it so easy - I will definitely be referring friends and family in the future.

Oh, and having used UNITS and another company side by side (PODS) I can tell you that the way this container is structured is superior to others. You don’t have to worry about items shifts in transport and subsequently not being able to open the loading doors.

I appreciate when I call there is no robot trying to direct my call, it rings twice and a real person picks up. Customer service was awesome, a lock was forgotten on drop off and they had a driver back at my house in 45min to drop one off.

Great experience. Because of a last minute delay on a new home build and the sale of our existing home at the same time, we needed to find a temporary place for our belongings quickly. After trying PODS, who didn't have anything available, we called UNITS after we noticed one of their containers in the neighborhood. Talked to Ron who understood our situation and got everything arranged to get our UNIT within a few days. From that point on, everything went smoothly from pick up to storage and then delivery to the new house. Couldn't be happier with the service. Great team. Highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with their service, & operation. Pods didn’t have any containers available for months. This is an excellent alternative. Prices are competitive. This company honestly made the move stress free and it actually arrived sooner than we expected due to the holiday. We were expecting the unit to arrive on July 7th or 8th and they actually delivered on July 3rd.
I thank you all that made my move possible, to the truck drivers I didn’t get to meet .
Exceptional staff, from the sales to the guys that dropped and pick up the units. Thankful to the staff in Netcong NJ and the staff in Phoenix, AZ
