Edited review after the owner did finally correct the billing error and refund me. The extra month charge was the only problem. The unit was clean and everything else was fine. Just keep an eye on your bills and keep trying to get it corrected, even if it takes 11 months and the BBB to do so.

Do not use them! UNITS charged me for an extra month, after picking up the unit clean and empty earlier than my billing period. I immediately called the billing error to their attention. They continue to ignore my emails 8 months later.

Really pleased with the ease in which Units delivered a storage container to our home. We were able to keep the unit on site for a month while storing home items during house repairs. The service was first rate, from securing the reservation to delivery and pickup. It was a breeze. We were also pleased to have a unit that was clean on the inside. The doors also sealed tightly, to keep out rain and other outdoor elements, keeping our contents and items nice and dry. We definitely recommend Units for storage.

Recently closed on our new home. We used Units for our move. They dropped off at our old home. They picked up as scheduled. They stored our unit for one day. Then they dropped off our unit at our new home the next day. They picked it up the empty one today. Throughout the process we had no issues. Prior to booking with Units I called one of the competitors and got a quote and it was twice as much literally. It took the hassle out of renting a u uhaul having to load. This way we were able to load in our own pace. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Units really helped make the staging of our house super easy and affordable. It was really efficient to just load up the container ourselves at our own pace and store it until we moved. We found them reasonable and professional. This was SO MUCH easier than loading and unloading a Uhaul into and out of storage. Also, so very cool how they pick up your container keeping it perfectly horizontal the entire time...our container was just the way we packed it when it arrived at our new house, not jostled. They were also completely flexible and friendly...our one month storage time turned into four and they just rolled with it. This was SUCH a huge blessing during a stressful time. Highly recommend.

Having used another driveway storage unit company, I'll never go back! Units provided exactly what I needed at a great price, and most importantly, were able to pick up and deliver the unit when I needed it. Using UNITS for my move saved the day. We were moving into new construction, and while we were assured that the closing date was "final" we had to change our move-in date twice. Being able to put our move into storage was essential, and UNITS was extremely flexible, responsive, and supportive in our last-minute changes. The technology to move the UNITS around both homes was amazing, and really simplified both loading and unloading.

A little pricey but super convenient. You can have them deliver it to a address for a fee or they can set it out for you at thier facility for free after initial storage payment of course. They staff thier is super friendly and and from what I can tell, has great customer service .?? ?

Allowed me to keep it longer than expected while my Aunt was trying to find an apartment, and always delivered on all of their promises! Great company!

We used UNITS from 8/20 through 4/22 and it was the best choice! The delivery and pick up is so easy no big trucks coming on your property it’s all a simple remote control system and can manage tight spots. In and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend and very professional.

Units was very easy to deal with. They delivered the container to our driveway, we had all the time we needed to load it, and they stored it for us at their location. When it came time to load our shipping container, they pulled it right up to the loading dock for us. They were very reasonably priced, professional, and took great care of our things.

I moved just across state lines, but needed a storage unit while I sold one house prior to buying my new home. The team there is great. Always responsive, drivers always called ahead, everyone was very professional and friendly. The customer service is worth every penny, and yet they were considerably cheaper than the more well known national brands. Highly recommend Units. I will use them again if ever needed.
