If you have a tight space to put storage unit, Units is the only one to call. They have a special machine and a great driver that can maneuver into just about any space. I looked at other options and they are the only company who could park in our backyard. The others would have had to park on our busy street - impossible. Highly recommend Units.

Units was a great company to work with during a huge move for us. We had to pack up two 16 foot containers at different times. The drivers always showed up promptly, professionally and kind. The way they maneuver the pods is seriously so impressive too and fun to watch.

Guy, Heather and Kilesha at the main offices were also very helpful throughout the process.

They stored our belongings safely for almost 7 months, then drove them 3.5 hours down to our new home for drop off and pick up. If you need help storing or moving items, I would highly recommend!

Edited review after the owner did finally correct the billing error and refund me. The extra month charge was the only problem. The unit was clean and everything else was fine. Just keep an eye on your bills and keep trying to get it corrected, even if it takes 11 months and the BBB to do so.

Do not use them! UNITS charged me for an extra month, after picking up the unit clean and empty earlier than my billing period. I immediately called the billing error to their attention. They continue to ignore my emails 8 months later.

The doors also sealed tightly, to keep out rain and other outdoor elements, keeping our contents and items nice and dry. We definitely recommend Units for storage.

Units really helped make the staging of our house super easy and affordable. It was really efficient to just load up the container ourselves at our own pace and store it until we moved. We found them reasonable and professional. This was SO MUCH easier than loading and unloading a Uhaul into and out of storage. Also, so very cool how they pick up your container keeping it perfectly horizontal the entire time...our container was just the way we packed it when it arrived at our new house, not jostled. They were also completely flexible and friendly...our one month storage time turned into four and they just rolled with it. This was SUCH a huge blessing during a stressful time. Highly recommend.

Always responsive, drivers always called ahead, everyone was very professional and friendly.
