Let me share my experience: if you’re not using Units, you might end up spending a lot more money. I was rushed to move my business items before my new location was ready, and I found the owner to be incredibly helpful, friendly, and flexible. I was initially anxious about whether to keep my belongings or find a storage solution. In the end, I opted to store my items with Units for a few weeks and have them delivered to my new shop at the end of the month. I can still keep it outside my door as well until I’m ready for them to pick up again. While searching for storage options, I initially stumbled upon a larger chain company. However, as I scrolled down, I discovered another choice—Units. I had never heard of them before, as I was focused only on the big-box names. I’m genuinely grateful to have found Units; they are a local small business. I believe in supporting small businesses because they tend to be more dependable. Speaking to a real person is far more accommodating than struggling with online systems that often fall short. Small businesses work tirelessly to earn the trust of their customers, unlike big chains that can take things for granted. We have families to support, kids to send to school, and other responsibilities. We're not pocketing millions; we’re trying to make ends meet while providing exceptional customer service compared to the larger companies. I felt much more at ease knowing that my entire business’s belongings would be stored in a climate-controlled environment, elevated off the ground to keep pests like roaches and rodents away. Honestly, that alone is a compelling reason to choose Units—who wants to think about those creepy crawlies? It’s truly more valuable than I initially realized. The convenience of being able to pack and organize my Unit right outside my door is a game-changer compared to making multiple trips to a traditional storage facility. I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with my decision to go with Units. You’ll be thanking me later for this recommendation!

My overall experience with UNITS was amazing! We needed extra space to store our furniture while our home went thru a recent remodel due to water damage. Sylvia was great to work with! She helped coordinate our container delivery as needed for our contractor to get started with their work & she was always available to answer any questions I had. It was such an easy & quick process! I made an inquiry online was called 5 minutes later, they gave me all the info and set it all up right away. My container was at my location in less than 24 hours and I was no charged until my storage container arrived at my location. So happy with the service. Best I have seen in the business!!!
