Drop off and pick up was easy even with the small space I had. They expertly use a remote operated forklift to maneuver. Price was very reasonable (better than pods). And their customer service is top notch! Sylvia is knowledgeable and was very helpful and friendly each time I called.

I needed a couple of storage units while my house was under construction and UNITS made it so simple. From delivery to pick up it has been an awesome experience. The delivery guys even placed the storage units side by side exactly where I wanted them in my yard with no issue. I am so blown away with your customer service, cooperation and understanding during our hectic time of moving out of our current place while waiting for our new build to finish. You guys truly are a step above and are without a doubt the gold standard in what a storage company should strive for. I got in contact with UNITS after being blown off by PODS. I spoke with Christina (I think) and told her my story of needing a storage unit within 2 weeks. She was able to quickly pull up a quote that was even better than the competition. Delivery day was seamless, they have a cool remote machine that transports the unit with precision. While loading the closing date of our current house kept changing so in which I had to call back and reschedule our pickup date twice (sorry again UNITS team). They were completely understanding and were able to squeeze me into a different pickup date that worked for both of us. They are SUCH a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I don’t have any additional needs for storage for the time being but rest assured if and when I do I will be reaching out again!

I'm so glad I found Sylvia and her team! I was under water with all the details that make moving a huge pain and I was out of time. With one conversation with Sylvia (on Black Friday), I was scheduled for a 16 ft. storage unit to be delivered the next morning at a good price. I woke up to a call from their delivery driver, letting me know he was 30 minutes away. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, the unit was placed exactly where I needed it and ready to go. Once it was filled, I let them know it was ready for pick up. It was gone by midday Monday. When I was ready to retrieve my things, I set it up with their team, and it was dropped off the next day. Best of all, my belongings arrived without any damage! During every step of this process, I was met with kindness, punctuality, and professionalism. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I absolutely love The unit I rented it was parked exactly where I asked and I thought that was impossible in just a matter of maybe five minutes it was done. Let me tell you about the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sylvia was the nicest person I have particular situation I shared with her and they treated me like I was someone special. I’m just another customer but they treated me like I was special and as a recent widow, I needed positivity. My husband easily ordered the storage unit and had all his questions answered. I received a text giving me a 2 hour delivery window, another text letting me know when the driver was 20 minutes out, and a text when he arrived. The driver was very professional, made sure the ground was stable, and placed the unit where I asked. The tow robot made it easy for him to maneuver the trailer without hitting anything in my yard. I'm very happy with my service.
