Prepare your home for emergencies.<\/b><\/h3>\n

Homeowners should always be aware of the potential dangers that come with living in their area. Here are some ways you can protect your home:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Install hurricane shutters and windows.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If you live in a flood area, keep sandbags nearby.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Remove dead trees from your property.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Make a home evacuation plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Important documents to keep in a waterproof folder:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • Passports and driver\u2019s licenses<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Medical history<\/span><\/li>\n
