UNITS has been the best solution for me and my clients in the Greater Fredericksburg area - including Caroline and King George counties!! The UNIT was able to be placed exactly where they needed it and allowed them to take their time packing. We were able to coordinate additional support to help fill the UNIT and was less stressful than most "moving days" where it all has to be done at once. Both clients made it to Florida with ease in their personal vehicles and their belongings arrived shortly thereafter. As a REALTOR, I decided to start using the UNITS to destage one house and have the items delivered to the next house and that has been a game changer!!! So much easier than renting trucks and in and out of storage units. The communication and coordination have been phenomenal! Highly recommend Kris and her crew for all things moving, staging, and storage!!

I was initially stressed about my move however Kris and the team at Units made the whole process much easier and exceeded my expectations. The Unit was clean and seemed practically new so it made me feel more comfortable storing my belongings in it. I stored my items with them for 30 days between addresses and they were right on time each time I needed them for drop off and pick up. I had a super great experience with Units! They moved some of my belongings from NY to VA and everything arrived in perfect condition. Friendly staff, clean facilities, great pricing!

During a recent move, we dealt with a lot of contractors and businesses. When all was said and done, UNITS was the only one who could be counted on to be on time, and did exactly what they said they were going to. They're also very responsive and communicate easily through phone or text.

Highly recommend. Although we did not end up using UNITS, it's only because they were fully open about their options for our move and had OUR best interest in mind. We only need a small unit and our final location is TBD. We will simply have more options for local delivery with another provider. Thank you for your professionalism!

I cannot thank Kris at UNITS Manassas enough! Not only was I in immediate need of on-site storage after deaths in my family necessitated my basement used as storage, but then we had a flood. Her first question was "What can I do to help you, let's talk about your needs right now, to lessen your stress." WOW! A 15 min. conversation ensued as she went through options with me as well as prices, sizes, etc. What REALLY blew me over the top however was her checking in with me via call or txt to see how we were progressing along. Then, I "broke" my knee. Once again Kris showed a level of empathy and compassion you rarely experience in a corporate business such as this. I have to add UNITS are better priced and cleaner than the competition too! Also, the gentleman and his son that delivered the unit were so professional and kind as well.

Rarely have I dealt with a business that puts individual customers FIRST before profits. Amazingly they really care about helping people who are in dire (and often unexpected) need of immediate storage. Kris went above and beyond. Will use again if the need arises as well as tell people to use them instead of that other overpriced chain of storage.

Amazing experience. Customer service was great. Pricing was in line or a little lower than the others. Container is much better built and more weather resistant. Drop off and pickup was every efficient. I was so happy to see the remote controlled forklift as it can put the container in very narrow spaces. 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Worked with us every step of the way, changing our dates and plans multiple times. Super helpful and friendly service. Cost was amazing. Highly recommend using Units as a storage/moving solution. We moved from the local area much further away and everything arrived in one piece, despite our dodgy packing skills!! Toys for Tots sent a storage unit to my house to collect the toys that were donated by my neighbors and friends. They delivered the unit right where it was needed without me having to be on site. I was home when the friendly driver came to pick up the storage unit. Amazing how he moved the storage unit down the driveway and onto their truck. Driver was fantastic.
