To avoid damaging the roots, dig a wide circle around the plant with a trowel. Once you have the circle, carefully lift the plant, keeping a healthy amount of soil attached to the roots. Finally, place the plant into an appropriately sized planter for transport.<\/span><\/p>\n

And lastly, remember to replant as soon as possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
