Go multi-purpose

Investing in furniture with multiple uses is not only a money-saver, but a space-safer, as well. Items like ottomans can act as foot stools and storage for books or blankets. Storage beds allow you to keep items like extra sheets and pillows under your bed and storage chests can serve as tables and toy organizers, simultaneously.
