I have been using Units Storage since September of last year so I had to rent two pods for 6 months. I needed a pod because the renovations for my new house were not done. It was delivered the next day. The delivery man who dropped the pod off was very polite and efficient. I then had to be out of my existing house earlier than scheduled and needed another pod asap. Matt from Units quickly found me an available pod and had it delivered right away. In the meantime, I was having a fence installed and needed one of the pods moved and Matt was willing to send the delivery guy over and move it, but thankfully the fence company didn’t need it moved after all. Whatever I needed they were quick to help me which made the frustration of moving a much easier. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

Probably one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. We had the pod both delivered and picked up in Baltimore City in an area where parking can be a challenge, but Units absolutely delivered. Units worked with us to get a street permit for the pod while we were packing it and did a really great job getting it into a spot safe from traffic and out of the bike lane when they delivered the pod to our new house! Matt at Units was super responsive, the contents remained safe and clean, and the delivery personnel were on time.

Everything worked smoothly with Units. They showed up as scheduled and had great customer service from the Owner. They are locally owned and it showed. Their delivery guy Thomas was great both delivering and picking it up. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I needed a storage unit for a remodel that my family was starting. I was getting quotes from every company. I called UNITS and they gave me the best price monthly price. They were able to get us the storage unit right away and when I called months later to have it picked up they were back out the next day. I am glad I got to support a local company and will let anyone I know that needs a storage unit to contact UNITS.

UNITS has been so good to us. We had an unexpected move this year and they have been so easy to work with. Great communication, easy setup, clean unit on arrival with super personable delivery. Would highly recommend using a UNIT instead of a storage unit facility any day. Truly made moving a breeze! Special shout out to Josh for being awesome at what he does. Seriously incredible to watch the unit to be maneuvered so perfectly picked up delivered. Really eliminates any worries about stuff falling. The unit is kept so steady really only have to worry about securing for the road journey not the unit coming on and off the truck.

It is rare for me to find people so happy to help with what is an arduous process for many. Kris Kay and her team were friendly, supportive, helpful. they did what they said, stayed in touch, and were helpful end to end. You could not find better people to work with. I don't plan to move again, but if I do, I know who I will call.

We initially went with Pack Rat who royally messed up … seeked a second company which was Units. Local company! We needed two units , two different residents going to one. They had one delivered to us in less than 24 hours and the second delivered in 48. It was half the price of pack rat. Peter and Matt were awesome to work with, very customer friendly. Derek and Josh were the two working in the field delivering and picking up the units. Very friendly and informative. If I could give 20 stars, I would. I will recommend units to anyone needing storage pods in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and his team. We were in a bit of a tight spot with moving out of our old house and Matt was able to work his magic with his crew to help us out. Not to mention that the storage units they provide are very high quality, unlike a lot of the other portable storage companies. Haven’t tried their service yet, waiting on the storage to be delivered today, but just the ease of booking, timeliness, and the customer service from Matt is top notch! Wish this was customary across all industries!!

What a wonderful experience. I called Units of Baltimore because I needed portable storage quickly. On the second ring I was speaking with Matt. He explained everything I needed to know and made it simple to order one. Received an email... completed the paperwork online... easy... for delivery the next day. Billy called me when he was 30 minutes away and delivered the portable storage unit exactly where I wanted it. This is a quality company with excellent service. I was so pleased I called Matt right after the truck left to thank him. Units of Baltimore IS A FIRST-RATE company that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!.

Moving is always a challenging time, but UNITS made packing, storing, and transporting items so much easier. Peter and Matt made it very easy to schedule pick ups and drop offs and gave us a very fair price. I am so thankful for how smooth they made the process and for how kind they were throughout. Peter and Matt were great. We needed UNITS to move and store our household goods until our new house was ready. UNITS helped us save money by allowing us to take delivery on one UNIT at a time and swapping out the full one for an empty one when we were ready. We did the same in reverse when we moved into our new home. The UNITS were clean and in good shape. Matt even provided a list of movers who could offload the UNITS for us. I highly recommend them.

We used the POD to store our furniture, dishes and much more during our house renovations. The POD arrived clean and kept everything dry and protected during the winter months of snowstorms and lots of rain. The whole process was easy and convenient. Peter and Matt were friendly and helpful on the phone and the guys that dropped off and picked up the POD were also very friendly and accommodating. If I ever need to do another renovation(which I never want to do again) or need some temporary storage I would definitely call UNITS again. Gary L

Derek, the delivery technician was very professional and explained in details how to operate all the features in the container. He placed the container exactly where I wanted; he executed the maneuver fast and precisely. After I finished using the container, Derek came back and removed the container from the driveway without any problems. He was courteous and professional.

The UNITS Baltimore team were outstanding during our move. We had some unforeseen changes and these folks were responsive and beyond flexible and patient with us, and really took great care of us and alleviated so much anxiety. Will absolutely work with them again when the need arises.

I haven't even received my container yet but let me tell you, I'd recommend this company to anyone who says they need a storage solution. Matt communicated with me through email because I have a toddler who takes all of my attention. He was thoroughly understanding, and was quick to respond every time. We eventually reached each other by phone and he was extremely pleasant. He walked me through pricing and procedure, and we set up a date for delivery. This was the most painless part of my moving nightmare. I can't thank him enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very responsive, and able to adapt when schedules change. We had to reschedule things three different times due to weather, and they were fantastic about it every time.

FANTASTIC experience with UNITS during my recent move. I was a little leery about getting one and doing the move myself for my whole family, but everyone I spoke to and who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and friendly!
