UNITS™️ of East Bay is building bikes for Charity and helping to give back this Holiday Season. Most of us can remember what it was like to be a kid at Christmas time. The excitement of opening presents on Christmas morning, spending time with family, and enjoying all the festive holiday activities. For many children, though, Christmas is just another day. They may not have presents to open, family to spend time with, or much to look forward to at all. But there are people working to change that.

UNITS™️ of East Bay/San Francisco has partnered with Kids Bike Lane. Kids Bike Lane is a charity that provides newly built bikes to underprivileged kids. UNITS™️ of East Bay is providing support to assist them with the logistics of delivering over 500 bikes to underprivileged children in the Alameda County area. Volunteers in the area are helping to complete one of the largest bike builds in the area so that these bikes and helmets can be delivered to youth agencies and foster homes by Christmas day. Alex Braun of UNITS™️ East Bay and Kathy, the founder of Kids Bike Lane, hope that this will be a turning point in the lives of many deserving young people.

It costs only $150 to build a bike, and provide a helmet to a child in need. You can make a donation on the Kids Bike Lane website. Additionally, you can contact Kids Bike Lane directly if you would like to volunteer your time. Even if you can’t donating money or time, you can help by spreading the word about this important work. Children should never have to go without a Christmas present. With your help this Holiday season, we can make sure that they don’t. So please join us in supporting Kids Bike Lane as they work together with UNITS of East Bay to brighten up this holiday season for children in need. Donate today and help make someone’s Christmas wish come true!
