When I decided to Move myself, I investigated the different options available for portable storage containers. I compared pricing and read other user reviews. Some of what read about the different companies available caused me concern. I took a chance on UNITS, and was very happy with the results.
Via email, I was able to get pricing and schedule delivery, I scheduled delivery of the 1st unit at 5pm on a Thursday, and at 5:05 pm the Driver was unloading it in my yard. When I discovered I would need an additional UNIT, via email, I asked and within 30 minutes had confirmation that another UNIT would be delivered the same Day, also at the exact time I requested.
The driver was very professional and courteous and even gave me a few pointers on how to pack the unit, and where to attach straps inside to prevent shifting during transport.
After filling my UNITS, and scheduling a move, I had 4 Delays in my closing; I was able to delay the UNIT move with a simple email, which was promptly responded to within 30 minutes.
When the Moving Day finally arrived, the Driver was scheduled for an 11am pickup, at 11:15am, I received a phone call saying the driver was slightly delayed by traffic, and would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived about 30 mins later and promptly moved the UNITS to My New Home.
This morning I sent an Email to have Both UNITS removed from my new home, within 30 minutes I received a email reply saying both would be picked up by this afternoon.
This kind of service is what I expect, but rarely receive when dealing with businesses; I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in central NC.
