State to State Move
Our experience with UNITS of Sacramento was very prompt and professional at every level. We experienced instant response and very timely return phone calls. UNITS quote was received within 24 hours for an out-of-state move, in our case more than $700 less than the competitor. They delivered the UNIT on time and picked up on time, and kept in touch throughout the logistics of the move.
With the competitors, they don't count weekends as travel time and wanted 8 business days of transit time from the west coast to the mid-west, this is a 30 hour drive. The competitors also would not commit to a delivery, UNITS did.
UNITS picked up Monday and had our property at our new home by Thursday afternoon. Although they quoted 3 days, there was a logistical change that delayed the UNIT 1 day. Throughout the hold-up, I was kept informed by not only the Sacramento branch but also the destination branch, and our property arrived delayed less than 24hrs. I would highly recommend UNITS of Sacramento, CA and the owner Sam McKillip, along with Pete Batista, General Manager of UNITS of San Antonio, Texas, for their professional courtesy and prompt service.
